I like making things!

While exploring my gems and minerals collection, came across this fabulous Pyrite in Slate and immediately thought “lets make a belt”. To be honest had no idea in what kind of work I was putting myself into. I’ve work with leather before, and know the basics. I wanted it to be perfect. This project was a complete adventure and a big learning experience. I sourced quality leather, the color, fining and learning about the tools and leather working terminology. I LOVE IT!!
